$1 daily fee to participate in activities.

NAM’s Young at Heart Senior Center serves seniors in the northwest area of Houston. Young at Heart offers an exciting array of activities for seniors to choose from, including, cultural trips to the theater or museums, educational classes on topics like money management, nutrition or safe driving; physical activities such as yoga or line dancing; and games ranging from Bingo to WII Bowling.

60+ Cafe

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, NAM's 60+ Cafe offers a hot nutritious lunch with friends.

Senior Rides & More

Senior Rides & More provide free one-on-one transportation services to doctor appointments, pharmacies, and grocery stores through a network of volunteers to clients at least 65 years old residing in the following zip codes: 77014, 77066, 77067, 77068, 77069, 77070, 77086, 77090, 77379, 77388, & 77389.
