NAM is pleased to welcome Nadine Scamp as the next Linda & Harlan Martens Endowed President & CEO beginning on April 7, 2025.

Nadine Scamp has served as the CEO for Santa Maria since January 2014, and prior to that served in various executive leadership roles with Volunteers of America Texas. Nadine has over twenty years of experience developing and directing programs and organizations for women and families, with particular focus on behavioral health, re-entry, and housing services. She has a passion for creation of programs that build hope, healing and purpose within individuals and families and promotion of larger scale change that builds community stability and resiliency. Nadine holds a BA in psychology from University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Houston.

Nadine has been published in several peer-reviewed journals related to her work. She has served on a number of local and statewide boards and committees, including the Network of Behavioral Health Providers Board of Directors, the Pathways Community HUB Community Advisory Council, Community Engagement Advisory Board for Baylor College of Medicine/University of Houston’s Consortium for Translational and Precision Health, Harris County Plan of Safe Care Steering Committee, the Texas FASD Collaboration, and the Houston/Harris County Office of Drug Policy Task Force.

Nadine has lived in the Spring/Klein area for over twenty years and is a member of Klein UMC. Her husband is an optometrist who runs a local nonprofit to promote access to vision care. Her oldest son graduated from Klein Collins and then from West Point and is currently a Second Lieutenant in the 31st Air Defense Artillery brigade at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. Her middle son graduated from Northland Christian School and is currently a freshman in the honors program at LSU studying finance. Her youngest daughter currently attends middle school at Northland Christian.

Nadine is honored to be impacting the community that she and her family call home.
